We understand how complex the NDIS can be, particularly for participants without Support Coordination. At Curam, we work 1:1 with participants to help them clearly understand their plans, funded supports, and NDIS guidelines—something many participants struggle with despite having approved funding.

We provide participants the Plan manager email and mobile details and encourage engagement, we make ourselves available to answer questions and offer advice on the NDIS guidelines. We are based in Sunshine and work with participants in Melton, Werribee and Sunshine areas. We try to meet our participants face to face which we find to be the most productive way to help. This allows us to understand their needs as well as giving participants a clear understanding of how to utilise their funding for the full lenght of their plan. We explain how the funding is calculated and show them in simple hours per week how to set up their supports.
