Tender Writing Workshop Series

Brimbank City Council is hosting a series of free tender writing workshops to assist local business owners and managers to improve their tender writing skills.

The workshops will be held over 3 weeks and will cover the following:

Week 1: 27 September, 4.45-6.45pm

• Understanding Council procurement processes

• Developing a competitive tender response

Week 2: 4 October, 4.45-6.45pm

• Competitive Advantage

• Building effective relationships with Council procurement teams

Week 3: 11 October, 4.45-6.45pm

• Managing risks and compliance requirements

• Developing a sustainable business strategy

These workshops will be facilitated by Ben Madgwick, Director of Public Sector Contracts.
