A dedicated desk is your own permanent desk within a shared coworking space. Unlike a hot desk, your setup, including your monitor stand, dividers and footlocker, stays in place every day.
A hot desk is booked by the day, part-time or full-time, with no fixed desk. A dedicated desk gives you the same desk every day, with your equipment left set up and stored securely.
A Dedicated Desk membership includes a monitor stand, desk dividers, a slim footlocker, signage with your business name, high-speed Wi-Fi, bookable meeting rooms, Meeting Booth access, printing and scanning, and kitchen and breakout area access.
If you’d prefer to try the space first, our Hot Desk trial and day passes give you access without the monthly commitment of a Dedicated Desk.
Low to moderate noise levels are the norm in our coworking space. We value mutual respect, so if you require privacy or anticipate a lengthy conversation, please use the phone booth, a meeting room, or step into the foyer.
iHarvest Coworking Sunshine service hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Members with standard access can use the coworking space from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Members with after-hours access can use the coworking space 24/7.
If you have been allocated a dedicated desk, you can personalise and configure it in a tidy manner. Please keep in mind that Council’s insurance does not cover your personal belongings.
